1. Services

NoteQuiz AI provides hosted educational study, exam-preparation, revision, question-generation, progress-tracking and learning-management tools. We also offer prepaid service credits for configuring and launching branded learning portals on our hosted platform.

Generated questions, explanations, study recommendations and mastery estimates are educational resources only. They do not guarantee examination success, professional certification or any particular outcome.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and activation codes, and use the service lawfully. Activation codes may be used only for the product, plan and site stated at purchase.

You must not upload identifiable patient information, unauthorized copyrighted materials, malicious content or information that infringes another person's rights. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service.

3. Orders, access and changes

The product, duration, quantity, price and currency are confirmed before payment. Access or activation codes are issued after payment is confirmed. Website partnership credits should be purchased only after the project scope and amount have been agreed with NoteQuiz AI.

Features, usage quotas and availability may change as the service improves. Accounts may be restricted for abuse, fraud, security threats, payment disputes or material violations of these terms.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments may be processed by the payment provider identified on the checkout page or invoice. Purchases are also subject to our Refund Policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law. NoteQuiz AI does not store full card numbers.
