1. Information we process

We may process account details, email verification records, learning activity, saved questions, study progress, membership status, activation records, payment references, device and security logs, and support communications.

For website partnership orders, we may also process the contact name, business or organization name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, project notes and transaction details supplied during checkout.

2. How we use information

We use this information to provide and personalize learning services, issue and validate access, fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, understand service performance and meet legal obligations.

3. Service providers and payments

Each NoteQuiz AI learning site maintains a separate user-data environment unless clearly stated otherwise. We use service providers where necessary to operate the platform, including payment providers and Resend for transactional email delivery.

The payment provider identified during checkout or invoicing processes payment information under its own privacy terms. NoteQuiz AI receives payment references and fulfillment details but does not store full card numbers.

4. Retention, security and your choices

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we control.
